northy set a challenge of complimentary colour this week. These are two of my bands from physical therapy. I started with yellow, moved up to red, and graduated with green. There is a blue, but I don't need to go that far. I've been working on my hip flexors. Pain and limp were very bad in December. Both are gone now!
@bjywamer I had a hip replacement in 2020 and did several months of PT, but never quite got rid of my limp. December brought tendonitis and bursitis and a cane. Dr. said "gait therapy." PT was very muscle specific ... really targeted my weaknesses. I'm so glad. This is the most normal walk I've had in years and years, and the pain is gone!
