My father grafted this apple tree some thirty years ago. This year it is covered with apples! He would have been so pleased. It sits in a seldom visited yard in the country. You can see the blue jays have found the apples, and the butterflies have found the apples the blue jays have poked. There were plenty left, though, so I brought some home for apple pie.
