On June 1 of this year I posted a pic of a Bald Eagle with babies, one of which wasn't hers. https://365project.org/aikiuser/2016/2024-06-01
She was bringing up a Red-tailed Hawk nestling that was apparently supposed to be food, but instead ended up getting fed for several weeks. Recently, the eaglets decided they didn't like their new sibling and brutally kicked it out of their nest. Thankfully, the incident was observed and the fallen hawk was rescued after much ado. The good folks at the Pacific Wildlife Center have mended its injuries and now the little dude is at a huge enclosure on private property being taught how to hunt. All reports are it's doing very well! Meanwhile, the big meanies (one of which is shown above) are still demanding food even though they're about as big as their parental units by now and ready to fledge any moment.
