The camera decided I meant to focus on the sculpture rather than the flowers despite my original intent. I'm sure there is a way to tell the camera who is boss but I guess i haven't figured it out yet. (Especially on a bright sunny day when I can't check the quality of the picture til I get indoors.) Oh well, this scene is definitely nature up close and a little out of focus!
This is beautiful! When I first glanced at the thumbnail I thought it looked more like a painting than a photo.
I wonder if there is a bossy camera support group? Mine has that nasty habit, too.
My camera does that to me all the time. I can't figure out how to change the focus either. I know I need to reread the book that came with the camera, but I'm dragging my heels on it. The colors in your garden are so pretty. Even though you wanted the flowers to be in focus, the picture comes off like a bug's eye view, or maybe a butterfly's eyeview of your lovely garden.
very nice! great color saturation! How funny that I didn't even notice the focus issue because I just enjoyed the colors and the interesting angle. I have disagreements with my camera all the time about what should be in focus.
My camera just quit on me says it had enough of my constantly transferring pictures from camera to computer..typical mind of its own. so for a little while I guess some of my stored pictures will come to live.
the flower is quitebeautiful. I like that is a tall. I need some hight in my garden. mind telling me what the name of it is?
