Strawberries

I attended a reception for retiring faculty this afternoon and of course they had refreshments. How do you improve upon the perfect strawberry? Why you dip it in powdered sugar of course!

Love how Caroline's shirt matches her choice of food! Those were some huge strawberries...but unfortunately I didn't get any of the refreshments...they had me busy videoing! Now I *really* want some strawberries...esp some dipped in powdered sugar!

Yummo, I like them dipped in chocolate but will certainly give powdered sugar a go next time we have them in season :)

cute! I've never tried them in powdered sugar (putting it on the list)...here's an interesting tradition I learned in the midwest: first dip in sour cream, and then in brown sugar - it's amazing! :)
