This is the week end of the Fourth Richmond Folk Festival and the weather couldn't have been better. The 3 day program takes place downtown on the riverfront Last year, more than 190,000 people celebrated the roots, richness and variety of American culture through music, dance traditional crafts, storytelling and food. And the nice thing is that admission is free.
