Party for Diane by allie912

Party for Diane

Last night's faculty party was made even more special as we celebrated the retirement, after 25 years, of lovely Diane in the center. Her colleagues in 4th grade created a tribute for her, incorporating all her trademark remarks and quotes. It was great comedy! My friend (and our hostess) Susan is in the picture above the neon sign. I told you she loved all things Italian! Her husband was our bartender and did his best to keep everyone's glass full. You can see by the smiling faces (best seen with the magnifier) that a very good time was had by all!
This is fantastic! Congratulations to Diane!

Congratulation to her for the many great years of service! A wonderful collage and great theme. What fun and what lovely, smiling faces. Great photos ... each and every one.

Gorgeous collage. I hope you are giving Diane a keepsake of her retirement. And Diane is no way old enough to retire.

What a time to celebrate, she has touched so many peoples lives, I am impressed that Susan's husband took good care of everyone so the ladies could visit.

Teachers always have fun when they party. I taught for 34 years. She seems young to retire but hey more power to her!!!!!! I hope you give her a copy of this lovely collage. Congrats to Diane for her service. I loved 4th graders old enough but young enough at the same time.
