I thought it was time to return to the school garden to see what was beginning to sprout. I found this little unidentified flower all by itself, growing on a very short stem in one of the sleeping beds. If there had been many other plants growing, I would have missed it. But instead it shone like a beacon among the dormant grasses.
@eniaral@judis@kjarn@olivetreeann My friend and resident gardener tells me it is a windflower or anemone but it is much smaller than the anemones you see in flower arrangements.
