We woke to heavy rain but, just as in the old farmers' saying ("Rain before 7; clear before 11") we had clearing skies by lunchtime. I went to the school garden to see what was growing since I was last there, two weeks ago. I'm not sure if these are authentic sunflowers or black-eyed-susans or cone flowers, but whatever they are, they were tall and cheerful.
I love the POV. But how come your rain stopped and ours kept on all day? It's amazing the difference a couple of hundred miles can make in the weather.
