Another trip to the post office, this time in a different neighborhood. I had some packages to mail, and when I came out, I watched this employee emptying the drive-by mail boxes out in front. I'd never actually seen this operation performed, which got me wondering what other behind-the-scenes activities are happening around me, of which I'm unaware. We take a lot for granted in the day-to-day smooth operation of our world.
