Here are a couple of kids from my church making necklaces and bracelets last night at CARITAS. I did not want to photograph our visitors, but they were there too, making their own creations.
I love the look of concentration on the face of that darling girl on the right! (I have a photo akin to that of my daughter at about the same age, and she grew up to be an artist who loves working with fibers!)
I think beads have made a comeback in kid's crafts. My granddaughter loves bead projects. Looks like your group had some really nice choices to design with. Sweet!
