This is the only picture I took today, and I did it for my colleague who was helping this youngster create a video in which she shares what she had learned about penguins. Just watching them, I learned one difference between the king and emperor penguins is the color of the down of the babies; the emperor baby is fuzzy gray and the king baby is brown. When I see the final product I'm sure I will learn lots more.
One of my favorite movies was March of the Penguins (2005) and it tells all about the fascinating life styles of the emperor penguins. Cute shot of the sweet little lady.
