This may not be as lovely as the previous pictures I have posted from the botanical garden, but I thought you might find this interesting. The undulating patterns in the water are made from tree pollen that coats everything in Richmond in the Spring. No wonder so many children can't even play outside in April. Their eyes are swollen and dripping and their breathing is labored. Fortunately the rain of the past three days has washed much of this troublesome stuff away.
P.S. Moth update: Believe it or not, the young lovers spent today doing the same thing they did yesterday, despite torrential rain.
