is not like the others. Every year it turns the most brilliant shades of red and orange while its neighbors are content to bask in its glow. I wonder what factors determine the brightness of a tree's foliage.
Well the colors we see are those beams in the spectrum that are not being absorbed by the object- so I don't know how that factors in, but it's interesting!
