Today from 10 am to 2 pm was the Wellness Fair for all Collegiate employees. Along with flu shots, employees could get free biometric screening for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, body mass index and a one-on-one health coaching session. There were free chair massages and lots of vendors to educate us on organ donation, nutrition, stress reduction and other worthwhile services. This is part of the school's mission to create a healthier community.
Sounds like a great vent! We had an occupational health and safety conference this week - they offered a lot of similar things during the lunch break there too.
