Infant baptism is always a joyous occasion. I love the tradition in our church of including the children, members of the Session (the governing body in the Presbyterian Church) and the congregation as well as the family and the minister.
This reminds me so much of our church at home. After the baptism, while we sang a special hymn the minister would walk round the church showing the baby to the congregation. Such a lovely set of photos for the parents to treasure.
