Today was the 50th day of school, a perfect time for kindergartners to celebrate 50's Day, with poodle skirts, leather jackets, root beer floats and hoola hoops. Of course for them the 1950's were so far back in the mists of time, I'm sure some of them wondered if there were dinosaurs roaming the earth.
