Here is Ellen placing her order at one of the food trucks at VMHC on Friday. She chose a really intriguing Caribbean egg roll. I, on the other hand, when to a much less colorful truck and got a much less successful dish. I guess the lesson learned is if they care enough to make their truck appealing, the food is probably appealing too.
