No Time to Slack Off

John had a very busy day, pulling up stakes at the rehab facility and getting reacquainted with home, sweet, home. After a well-earned nap, he tried the mini-cycle I put together. (And don't get me started on that!). Tomorrow the physical therapist comes for a first appointment, so we need John to be in good form.
