Spring's Promise

With the strangely warm winter we have been having this year, many of the signs of Spring have come early. Today I came upon these crocuses (croci?) that are opening right on time. It is reassuring to find something not swayed by temperature aberrations.

Nice to see the crocuses starting to bloom! I can't complain because this has been such a mild winter, but I'm looking forward to all the pretty colors of Spring!
