A color competition provided some excitement during today's centennial celebration. Here you see a symbolic tug-of-war, with representatives from each of the 13 grades. When my children were students many years ago, they were assigned to the Green team, For that reason, I'm a Green too. Today the Greens won the tug-of-war and the Golds won the school fight song competition. The purpose, of course, was to build school spirit, and by the end of the hour, there was plenty to go around!
