These are my parents standing on a gorgeous little beach we found along the shores of Lake Michigan a few days ago. They were the planners of our vacation, they showed us this beach, they were my example of a solid marriage. Their 38th anniversary is coming up in a few weeks! I am so blessed to be their daughter.

@bobfoto Awhile back you had a sparkly ocean shot that I coveted. I've wanted a sparkly water shot for months now and finally got my chance on my trip. I had to set this up and they wouldn't kiss for me, but I still like it.
@bobfoto Their prudish:). Maybe. They did kiss once, but I was so close that I didn't like the shot as much. This one could have used more space, too. Oh well. I did like the sparkle and that it was my parents silhouetted.
@bobfoto I know. Parents should know that kids like to see that (even as adults). They want to know that their parents are in love. Mine were sooooo private. At least they are still together.
@bobfoto Truly. Are yours? I had my dad take a similar shot of Michael and I, but we kissed. It's my new FB profile photo. A good one for our 13th anniversary that's next Monday. I'm looking up jumping out of a plane to celebrate. Too pricy probably.
@amandal - My folks are still together and they would have kissed. They love kissing each other... They got hitched I think, some 50 years ago... 1963 I think.... it's on my Dad's birthday so I remember that bit
