My camera and I are friends again and that makes me happy. I forced myself to take it out with me yesterday on two outings and I was so grateful to have it. I'm seeing the beauty again.
I took my kids to a nearby woods that I was hoping to catch with some fall color. I even had a date with a 365 friend to meet there, but it fell through. Not much color yet.
I did take a shot of the kids in this cool wooded playhouse though. I asked them to pose for me really quickly. Lucas was annoyed at his sisters for making fun of him (he was bothered by the spiders in the house) and was scowling at the camera. Here I asked for their biggest smiles ever. Clara clearly complied...and Lucas, well, he at least wasn't frowning and looked mildly amused. Love this shot of my treasures. My heart and hands are full.
Because of the cool frame that I didn't want to lose, the kids are small here. If you view large, you can see the craziness in Clara's eyes that I love and the other one's different personalities shining through. I love these kiddos:)!
See?? You just needed a nice and warm sunny day and 3 cuties like that... how beautiful!! They are adorable and this is a great photo of them. Perfect family photo, dear.
I am glad that things are looking up! I love how you used the window for a frame! You have beautiful children! But, I guess I didn't need to tell you that! :)
I'm so glad to hear that you have your phojo back - I was a bit worried when you started talking about giving up. This is a lovely shot. I like the framing and all their different expressions.
You are blessed with beautiful children Amanda. My son would identify with yours, he hates spiders - and he's 22! Mind you so does my husband and he's - well much older!!!!
