First of all, there is no fire involved in this photo. Rest easy. It's just a shot that was taken on a cold night, where I was gloveless, hooded (seriously) and creeping around my neighborhood creepily taking photos. I was not so creepy as to have a tripod and this was the result of not being able to hold steady enough with the long exposure in the cold. Looked like fire. And to make matters worse, as I was taking this, a car pulled down the street and I had to appear law abiding and innocent as I stood there creepily with my camera aimed at a house. Sheesh. Sometime I should approach them and ask if I can photo their house as it looks so cool set back like a cabin in the woods, especially with the enormous Christmas tree all lit up.
I like to think the tripod would make you look less creepy, This looks terrific be great to see it clearer you should definitely ask them if they mind I can't imagine they will x
