Lovely courtyard. The spiral staircase and courtyard reminds me of Erimi Village in Cyprus where we lived for 8 months before we moved on the RAF camp at Akrotiri. Our courtyard was just like this, and I had to go up the spiral staircase to the flat roof to put my washing on the line. It was a bit scary carrying a wet washing basket up the staircase.
