don't know what country this coin is from, but the desk I was at today has a wall of foreign coins that have ben put in the ticket machines

They took the bull by the horns when they put the coin in the machine. Wonder if it worked for them or if the machine just swallowed the coin without giving them the goods/service they were buying?

@seacreature Haha! It's probably identical in weight and size to our 50p coins, so I imagine it worked.

@narayani there are some really interesting designs. Hope foreigners think the same of ours when the get Peter Rabbit or Paddington :-)
