this is the camera which hasn't been holding focus at the log end of the zoom - and I think all the adjustments it keeps having to make have nudged something out of alignment inside the camera. It's not like the Panasonic's shadows where the lens cover didn't fully draw back

@narayani @beckyk365 It's one of those situations where it's better to put the money towards a new camera than try to repair the old one - but I'm going to get an extended warranty on this which includes even accidental damage because I dropped it so much this year
