@monikozi they are absolutely amazing Monika. Do you use a paint pan or a paint brush? You definitely have a great eye for proportion.

@grammyn Thank you, Katy! For these I used ink applied with fountain pen or brush, and for some i used a water brush to dilute the ink lines, and for the latter half I used felt tipped markers. And for very few of them I used pencil.

@summerfield Thank you, Vikki! The practice really pays off and the volume always impresses more than a single attempt.

@salza Thank you, Sally! It was beyond me as well. Until I tried, failed, tried again, failed again, and persevered. I still fail sometimes. But sometimes it seems fine. And I keep on practicing.

@grammyn @grammyn @casablanca @summerfield @salza Allegedly, Elizabeth Gilbert said: "Look at you doing that thing you once thought you couldn't do!"
That's just me.

@monikozi How prolific you are! They are wonderful and so diverse in the styles and mediums, I just may use one or two to practice faces. Ellen @theredcamera

Very nicely done.

@theredcamera Ellen, thank you so much! I did use the challenge in order to experiment with different media to see which suits me best, which do i like best. If you want to practice, do go check Dylan Sara's channel on YT. He has 10-minute portrait videos posted, reference included. It is a very very good exercise. I cannot recommend it enough. And not only for faces, but for any subject matter. Short consistent practices make a habit and do generate improvement.
