We went to the grand opening of the first Farmer's market today on the grounds of Hanover High School. We went after the initial crush and unfortunate rain showers. It will be held one Sunday a month, we'll be interested when there are more fresh veggies offered. We did buy some local baby spinach, but the woman's fresh asparagus was all sold out. We hope the market turns out to be a successful community venture. It's still a bit strange to be suddenly around so many people. We're so used to being in our own little world here at DogCorner Cottage.
