Apple and mincemeat crumble ! by beryl

Apple and mincemeat crumble !

I am afraid not a great image but just my pudding of the day !
We had the typical British Sunday lunch today - Roast Chicken roasts and veg -followed by a Crumble Pudding --or at least that was the idea .We only make a point of having pudding on a Sunday I hade some left over home made sugar free mincemeat (I'm diabetic ) So I layered mincemeat and sliced apples under a crumble with flaked almonds -I always love to top the crumble with flaked almonds ! extra texture and flavour !
We enjoyed the dinner so much that neither of us wanted desert !! --Perhaps tomorrow !
