I love to put up my small tree before my birthday So last night Gary brought down my Christmas decorations from the attic .We have had this faithful fibre optics tree for nearly 30 years and is still going strong ! Today it has twinkled while a couple of friends popped in to wish me a Happy Birthday , Gary and I went out for lunch before another friend called to see me ! The rest of the Christmas decorations will go up gradually ( and less is going to be put up this year ! ) I have decided to parcel some decorations up for the charity shop _before I change my mind !!

Love the tree sparkling away there..nothing like our Christmas trees, I am quite happy with just that so I'm not putting many up this year either! I remember when there were paper chains & all sorts of tat.....less is more!
