I can just manage to zoom in on this from my kitchen window as it flowers profusely in my neighbour's garden . It has been a busy day -- this morning Pat and I enjoyed our morning coffee , and the usual chinwag as we put the world to right ! After lunch it was a trip to the dentist ! Part of the outer casing of my tooth that supported a huge lump of filling had just dropped off !! The filling had been there since 1970 ( 47 years ) -- and was still fine -- they don't do them like that anymore !! So as not to disturb a potential can of worms ( so to speak ) the dentist decided to leave the filling well alone and to build up the outer casing ! Some thing to look forward to ! After I went and did my weekly shopping , just unpacked and had a cup of tea !I am too tired to go out in the garden with the camera -- so this magnolias will suffice for today !
I thought you meant me when you said Pat came for her morning coffee Beryl! We did really have a cup of tea together in the early hours didn't we? Rather like the dark coloured magnolia.
Dentists do fill us with dread but so gkad they aren't touching the filling, that might have been rather painful! Rest up, sounds a busy day on less hours sleep!
This is what happened to me too - the tooth wears out and leaves the filling. Happens when you get older says the dentist! Nicely chosen frame for the magnolia!
