The Welsh Highland Railway at Rhyd Ddu

One of the points where climbers start their journey up Snowdon -- on this day Snowdon was covered in mist with its head in the clouds ! The WHR travels from Porthmadog to Caernrfon . Rhud Ddu is roughly the halfway point between the two destinations!
