Looking for a morsel to eat

When I returned to my car at thee hospital , having been for my physio and the forever blood tests - I found this little fellow mincing around the cars . I believe it is a red legged partridge . He did not seem to fear humans milling around !

Wow Beryl, red legged partridges are usually very shy, I think he must have been hungry to be in such a busy place. Do they fly far, perhaps he's disorientated & needs transferring to countryside. Hope tests go OK & your results are better than you think.
