On my visit to the hospital yesterday I, and looking out of the corridor window , I found that the rather dismal seating areas was delightfully upgraded to a rather relaxing area for I think the staff ! they well deserved this area !
Nice area, though I’m not sure that I like the angel wings ( if that’s what they are). Maybe I’m ungrateful, but on days when it was “clap for carers” I used to deliberately leave work later to avoid being clapped into my drive! Used to hate it!
Lovely gardens for the nurses to sit in but I think the benches would have been better with proper seats with backs on to rest on. Great find and capture.
@carole_sandford@sianharrison to be quite honest , the wings did not register with me until you pointed it out Carole !!!!!! ( in fact at first I did not register them to be wings ,as I suppose I was so thrilled to see what once was a dingy area so spruced up !
