It has been a long and tiring day .Went with hosp transport to the Orthopedic Hospital for test etc with the Anaesthetist in view of possible shoulder op . Unfortunately I shall have to go again for further tests , due to my other ailments ! Apologies if I lack commenting tonight ..feeling shattered .
I suppose hospital transport makes it all seem a lot longer - lots of waiting & hanging around. You kind of think they would do the tests first & then see the anaesthetist, so that he has all the answers before you see him! All done for good reason, but the wheels of the NHS tend not to turn quickly! Hope you’ve had a relaxing evening!

So sorry to hear this, Beryl! I hope the other tests happen soon and you are able to move ahead with your shoulder surgery. I just can't imagine the horrible pain you are in. I know Pat @happypat suggested hot chocolate for tonight, but you might want to take a tip from the Pope, who recently requested some tequila for his knee pain :) Hang in, Beryl!

Oh they test and test before they do surgery, it’s very maddening. I’m sorry they feel like it’s necessary before they commit to your procedure. Hugs, Beryl.
I can empathise completely Beryl, it’s still fresh in my mind at the moment. Hope you get all sorted, I found the lead up is worse than the hospital stay!!
