but not half as refreshing as my lovely drink with a lemon floating - it rather has lost its zest with out the fresh lemon colour and bubbles!

If it was in color- that is all you would see- the yellow. But in black and white you get to see the triangles, the texture, the break in the flesh from the seed, and the fizzy bubbles so delicately lining the edge of the lemon.
