No oomph today, with much pain in my shoulder and neck , and had no inclination to submit my day's offering! There was too much prep to set up my intentions and so at the 11th hour decided on a capture of the evergreen in the garden ! NB nice on black.

I've been wondering how you have been doing. I think you've been quite the stoic, but constant pain is horrible. It drains all one's energy. I hope tomorrow will be a little better.)
