These beautiful fir trees were at the local nursery -- not only did they look so beautiful but the smell of pine was divine . The classic fir tree is the classic evergreen for Christmas
I can smell it from here, they look really healthy too. We won't be getting ours for another week or so as the 'children' always want to continue our tradition of visiting the Christmas Tree Farm and selecting the tree together. Once in place and decorated I love coming down in the morning to the fantastic smell.
The smell is divine isn't it & the only thing that makes me get a real one.....ours was blown across the garden in it's pot today...i think it might be safer inside!!
