" The white pompom tree , or Snowball tree "

This is the beautiful white, snowball tree -- one of the many different species of the Viburnums . This one is viburnum opulus "Roseum " .I used to have one of these , but it was very prone to aphids and one spring I failed to rescue it in time from these horrid beasts and lost it !
