Mark and Ian

My lovely workmen . This week I have had a local double glazing company to clad the weatherboards , install new soffits , and replace my double glazed bedroom window and the spare room/ office window ! So now hardly any outside painting to do !! On arrival on Monday morning I discovered the two lads were ex school pupils of mine -- they recognised me first and it took me a minute or two to put the faces in front of me to the names . They were nice lads in their school days --so I felt comfortable in having them doing the work ! Mark always had a continues smile on his face and still has as you can see in the first shot . While Ian looks more serious but with a super dry sense of humour -- delightful workmen !
The two worked very hard , and have finished the job this morning -- I was so glad to see the work finished as I hate having workmen around ( no matter who they are !
Nice collage - and a bonus to have workmen you can trust!

If possible I always have local workmen to do the jobs I cannot do myself. Great shots Beryl...

Good to find good workmen in the first place and to get a good job done as well.

Isn't it amazing how our former students seem to recognize us but they grow up, change so much, it's difficult to put a name to their face.
