In 16 days ,there has been some growth in the Amaryllis and by now there is a second bud forming to the side of the main stem So I am very excited in the hope that I shall have two flower-heads -- I so do like a bargain !!
A dull day and a very sore head and full of head-cold -- I know that so many are suffering with this ,but I was hoping I would escape it !! I have done very little today except preparing our lunch and wash-up !! such a boring day !
A lot of people throw the bulbs away after flowering but my Mother dry's them off and restarts them later on, she as some several years old. Beautiful...Fav
