An old favourite of mine . This sweet pea was grown from seeds from the plant in my parents garden in 1981 . when we first moved into this house . Each Autumn the plant is cut down to the ground and each Spring reappears and by June is in full bloom again !
When I was a girl there was a house which had a hedge of perennial Sweet Peas, so beautiful. Of course it's long gone...
The big garden tub which holds the bird feeder has gone crazy with them this year, it's going to be gorgeous.
I really like the story & history of your plant, family continuity is so important.

Your sweet pea plant is living up to it's name and providing you with lovely flowers to enjoy and the memories you have of your family. Lovely capture and a gorgeous colour Beryl Fav.
