Love a slice of Chicken could eat it every day and I also always put a lemon up its butt it adds a lovely flavour. Lovely composition from your kitchen.
A big chicken …..should last you for a couple of days hopefully Beryl. A proper roast Sunday lunch…..well done to you! We had ham, eggs, cabbage & new potatoes an hour ago.
