To research and find out how to do it. I’m not sure if it’s possible to do it on an iPhone 8. But your picture is beautiful.
@kaylynn2150 Thank you, Kaylynn! Sorry! I don't know anything at all about taking photos with an I-phone. When I got my Nikon 5600 DSLR last fall I got so frustrated because I couldn't seem to get an even half-way good moon shot. I used to have a Nikon CoolPix point-and-shoot that got good moon captures; so, I thought surely I should be able to get even better ones with this expensive camera. lol I finally Googled "How do I take a photo of the moon with my DSLR?" That gave me a starting point with the settings to use in Manual mode. At that time, I really hadn't learned much about using Manual mode. Anyway, I began trying again with some measure of success, and now I am asking myself, "How many photos of the moon does one person need?" LOL My best advice is to research the subject like I did and then keep trying, using what you learn. Happy weekend to you!
@bjywamer It's the first full moon in May and the flowers are blooming now. There is a list somewhere (probably out on the internet) with the name of each month's full moon. The two I remember are Hunter's Moon and the Beaver Moon but I can't remmeber which month they go with! Oh, and I think there is a Strawberry Moon too.
