Our beloved Queenie passed over the Rainbow Bridge tonight. At thirteen years old, she had developed congestive heart failure, which we didn't realize until it was too late to extend her life with proper medications. She went downhill so quickly that we are barely able to accept that she is gone! She was a very special dog whom God brought into our lives only two weeks after we had lost a dog like no other. Queenie was the healing balm we needed at that moment... Grieving the loss of this furry "family" member Prayers appreciated! P.S. This photo of Queenie was taken in July of 2017 when she still had both eyes and all of her hearing.
Oh, I am so sorry Barb. My sympathies on the loss of your furry companion. They burrow their way into our hearts with such ease. This is a lovely photo and memory of her.
