Bitsy often lays in this position with her head nearly upside down. She was on my old-fashioned kitchen cabinet, only a foot or so from where we were eating our dinner. She likes to be close to us! She is my favorite of our three feline fur babies... Don't tell Jasmine and Pippi! LOL
