Welcome One and All

So I made it to Little Italy today. As you can see it was overcast which didn't make for the best conditions for taking pictures.
This is the entrance to Little Italy which is located on the northend of the downtown area of Edmonton.
I do like the colours of the sign and the abstract artwork on the side of the building.
Tomorrow a few more shots of the park that I posted a couple of days ago.
Have a great weekend everyone
What an interesting place to visit, enjoy your weekend too.

There's a Little Italy in Cleveland (our closest "big" city). I'll have to get some shots for you.

Typical weather for Edmonton, unfortuneately! Each time I have been, I am usually greeted with a torrential downpour! LOL! I was born in Edmonton although I have never lived there. Mom and Dad were passing through and I guess I arrived early!

I was thinking why "Little Italy" sounded so familiar...we have a restaurant by that name here. I have a cousin living in Edmonton but God knows where since we lost touch a while ago. All I know is he's working for Shell and that winter in Edmonton is freeeeezing.
