Olympic Plaza

Back in 1988 Calgary hosted the Winter Olympics. At the time they had designed this large square in the heart of downtown as Olympic Plaza. Today it still is used as you can as a wading pool during the summer months

This is such a great place. You captured it nicely. Such memories. We were visiting family in Alberta during the 88 Olympics. It seemed so strange to be watching the Games on TV from the Canadian point of view (and following your athletes) rather than here at home and our own US athletes,
