In The Garden

As we made our way down the highway we decided it was time to stop for breakfast so we pulled into the town of Ponoka. After breakfast I wanted to take a few pictures before we left. Near by was the Centennial Garden. Located in the garden was this shelter. I took both of these shots. Which do you prefer?

Both great shots. The color one makes the green stand right out whereas the black and white makes the building a bit sharper. Hard to choose.

I like the one in colour best, but then I do like colour a lot. I find that the colours here are muted and earthy and harmonize well with each other. They don't create the distraction which is sometimes a reason for making a shot b&w.
